The Starting Point

Bata manages three distinct footwear brands:

Each brand has its own marketing director, its own agencies for content production, and its own seasonal priorities. What they do not have at headquarters is a shared creative studio to:

  • Turn shoots into complete social and e-commerce toolkits
  • Design catalogues, playbooks and B2B materials at group level

Retail & product communication

Across the three brands, we also:

  • Design posters, in-store visuals and simple print assets derived from campaign content
  • Create product icons and hangtag layouts to explain technologies and benefits quickly
  • Ensure what customers see in store is consistent with what they see online

For one Power campaign, the brand director asked us to support the full creative chain:
