- Turn shoots into complete social and e-commerce toolkits
- Design catalogues, playbooks and B2B materials at group level
- Keep brand stories consistent from internal decks to retail execution
In practice, this meant:
- Repeatedly briefing different providers for similar needs
- Managing many quotes and small budgets for every new project
- Fragmented output between B2B tools, social assets and retail materials
To simplify this, the three brand directors decided to share one subscription with Mon Agence Creative and use it as their common creative resource.
