About Us
We're a creative agency working with CPG brands. We handle
their entire creative production: branding, print and
digital campaigns, e-commerce visuals, social media
assets, AI-powered content, and more.
We work as an embedded creative team, delivering
high-quality work through a streamlined Kanban workflow
with fast turnarounds.
We're specifically looking for candidates based in North
Africa, Middle East, Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, or
Latin America. Preference for CET-compatible timezones.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Creative Designer with strong
art direction skills to join our core team (2 person
including the director). You will focus on creative
execution: designing, producing, and polishing high-quality
assets across branding, print, digital, and AI-powered
workflows.
We need someone with 5 to 10 years of experience in graphic
design, art direction, or creative production. You take
ownership of your work, check every detail, and deliver
assets that are ready to go live without supervision.
You will receive briefs from the team lead or directly from
clients if proven communication ability, and focus on
producing excellent creative work. Communication happens
internally via Discord and Linear.
What You Will Do
Brand Identity & Print Design: Create and
refine logos, brand identities, and visual systems. Design
retail advertising (posters, POS, flyers, business cards),
product catalogs, lookbooks, and packaging layouts. You
must be comfortable preparing print-ready files following
printer requirements (bleeds, trim marks, color standards).
Build 360 web campaigns for product launches and brand
activations, with strong knowledge of common web ratios and
standards.
Digital & Campaign Design: Design ad
creatives, social media assets, email templates, e-commerce
product pages, and banner kits. Ensure all visuals are
on-brand, properly sized, and conversion-focused.
AI Visual Production: Use AI-powered tools
to generate product lifestyle scenes, virtual try-ons,
UGC-style content, product video sequences, and high-volume
creative variations. Write effective prompts and work with
generative image and video models (Runway, Kling, Flux,
Nano Banana, Vemo, Seedance, etc.). Experience with Freepik
Space for AI campaign production (outfit generation, scene
building, content creation) is a big plus. If you haven't
used this specific tool, you must be the type of person who
learns new tools on a regular basis. This is a fast-paced,
constantly evolving industry.
Quality Control: This is one of the most
important parts of the job. You proofread every single
text. You verify every dimension. You check every
alignment. You make sure the deliverable matches the brief
exactly. You re-check your own work multiple times before
anything goes out. If you are not naturally obsessive about
details, this role is not for you.
Required Skills
Expert-level Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Figma is used for teamwork and presentations but no special
experience is required.
Hands-on experience with AI image/video generation. Strong
prompting skills. Familiarity with generative models and AI
creative workflows.
Strong eye for composition, typography, color, and layout.
Knowledge of photography principles. Natural affinity with
fashion, lifestyle, and consumer brand aesthetics.
Obsessive about accuracy. Typos, misaligned elements, and
wrong dimensions are unacceptable to you.
Professional English (written).
Nice to Have
Experience working with fashion, footwear, or CPG brands.
Portfolio showing retail advertising, campaign visuals, or
AI-generated brand content. Experience with UGC content
creation or AI campaign production pipelines (e.g. Freepik
Space). Motion design or short-form video editing skills.
Knowledge of no-code website builders such as Framer or
Webflow.
What We Provide
All software licenses: Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, AI
tools, and platform subscriptions. You work on your own
computer. This is a long-term, stable position with a
growing agency. You will work directly with the founder and
creative director, who has 20+ years of experience in art
direction for global brands.
Compensation is location-based.
